About

Our Expertise
The Founder/CEO, Bobby Cagle, was born into foster care in North Carolina before being adopted. He has more than 33 years of experience in providing direct services, supervising and managing employees, and leading small and large organizations.
During his career, he has worked in child welfare, community corrections, economic support, early childhood education, domestic violence, prevention/early intervention, and community engagement.
Bobby was appointed to lead two key state organizations by the Governor of Georgia: as the Commissioner of the Department of Early Care and Learning and as the Director of the Division of Family and Children Services.
He ended his career in the public sector by serving four years as the Director of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, where he led a team of nearly 9,000 employees and oversaw a budget of $3+ billion annually.

Cagle Consulting is a boutique firm operating with a small team of professionals with vast experience in human services. The team focuses on initial assessment and organizational analysis.
